Cauliflower Mashed “Potatoes”

Ingredients

12 oz bag of Cauliflower Rice, thawed

1/4 cup Sour Cream

2 tbsp Cream Cheese

2 tbsp Butter

1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

1. Follow instructions on bag for cauliflower rice.

2. Add cauliflower rice to food processor, mix until smooth, and set aside.

3. In a bowl, add the reminder of ingredients and microwave until creamy.

4. Pour creamy mixture to the cauliflower rice, mix well, and enjoy!
