2 Cups Almond Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Butter
1/3 Cup Erythritol
1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1 Tsp Salt
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix the almond flour, baking powder, erythritol, salt, and butter until it is completely blended. Then, add the egg.
3. Begin to slowly fold in the chocolate chips.
4. Form dough into small balls (About 1 tbsp) and place on greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool.
