Taco Boats

Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef

1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/2 Chopped Onion

1 Tomato- Chopped

8 Romaine Lettuce Leaves

2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning

Optional- Sour Cream or Avocado/Guacomole

Instructions

1. In a medium skillet, brown your ground beef. Drain, then add seasoning.

2. Put the ground beef in the lettuce leaf and add toppings.
