1 Egg

4 Tbsp Coconut Flour

1 Tbsp Melted Butter

1 Tsp Baking Powder

Pinch of Salt


1. Spray a small dish with coconut oil.

2. Add the butter and egg first and whisk. Slowly add dry ingredients. Add Coconut Flour last and mix well.

3. Wet fingers and pat bread mixture down slightly. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

4. Remove and allow to cool slightly.

5. Add to toaster!
