1 lb Chicken Breast
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 Tbsp Poultry Seasoning
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
2. Dip into egg wash and then into the coconut flour seasoning until covered.
3. Add coconut oil to skillet and fry.
4. Serve with desired low carb/sugar condiments.
