Ingredients
Cake
3/4 Cup Coconut Flour
1/2 Cup Sweetener Substitute
1 Stick of Butter- Softened
1 Egg
1 oz Cream Cheese- Softened
1/3 Cup Keto Sprinkles
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Frosting
1 Stick of butter- Softened
1/2 Cup Sweetener Substitute
2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 Tbsp Keto Sprinkles
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Grease a 8 x 8 baking pan with coconut oil spray.
3. Make the cake first. In a large bowl, mix the butter, cream cheese, and sweetener substitute. Then add in the egg and vanilla extract.
4. Begin to add in your dry cake ingredients.
5. Spread the cake mixture evenly in pan and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and begin to work on frosting.
6. In a another bowl, mix the butter, sweetener substitute, and vanilla. slowly add in the heavy cream until thickened.
7. Once the cake is cool, use a spatula to spready the frosting evenly.
8. Slice cake into 9 pieces
