Egg Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients

1 lb Ground Pork

12 oz Coleslaw Mix

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp Chicken Broth

1/2 Tbsp Ginger

1 Tbsp Minced Garlic

2 Tsp Hot Sauce

2 Tbsp Green Onions

1/2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions

1. Over medium heat, brown pork.

2. Add in soy sauce, chicken broth, garlic, ginger, and hot sauce.

3. Add in coleslaw mix. Combine well.

4. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
