When shopping for nuts, make sure to look at ingredients. A lot of brands add oils, such as canola oil, sunflower oil, or soybean oil. Some brands also add sugar and molasses powder. The cleanest ingredients are simply the nuts, or nuts and salt. I prefer having salt added to mine. The salt helps keep electrolytes up. It’s essential to consume enough salt due to the lack of processed foods on Keto. Also stick to serving size with nuts. They can be easy to over eat and although they are very high in fat, they can be very high in calories as well.
I got a Venti. Ask for no classic (If not it will come with a sugary syrup). Desired amount of SF syrup (between 2-4 pumps). Each pump is 1 Carb. Be specific with how much heavy cream you want. The Barista’s have a heavy hand. I asked for 4 TBSP.
